Terms of Use
Lagos Run is a free browser game made by Opeyemi Adeniran ("we"). By playing, you agree to these terms. They're short.
1. The game
The game is free to play and needs no account. We may change, pause or remove features, events, rewards or the game itself at any time. In-game coins, paints and other items have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.
2. Driver names
Your driver name is shown publicly on the leaderboard. Don't use names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else, advertise something, or contain personal information such as phone numbers. We filter some words automatically and may rename or remove names that break these rules.
3. Fair play
Scores must come from actually playing the game in a normal browser. Don't modify the game, automate it, send scores to our server directly, or exploit bugs to inflate scores. We may remove any score or player from the leaderboard that we reasonably believe is not genuine, without notice. If you find a bug, please tell us instead.
4. Radio stations
The game's default music is original to the game. The live Lagos stations belong to their owners. The game only tunes in to each station's official public stream, as broadcast, including its adverts, and credits and links to the station. Lagos Run is not affiliated with or endorsed by any station. Station owners who want a change or to be removed can message @eureka_seamless and we'll act promptly.
5. Our content
The game's code, art, music and design belong to us. You're welcome to share screenshots, clips and score cards, and to stream the game. Please don't copy or republish the game itself.
6. Play safely
Lagos Run is a game, not driving advice. Don't play while actually driving, and please don't drive like a danfo.
7. No guarantees
The game is provided free and "as is". We try to keep it running and your progress safe, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that progress saved in your browser won't be lost (for example, if you clear your browser data).
8. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise we are not liable. Mandatory statutory liability is not affected.
9. Privacy
How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept it. German law applies, but this doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
